BUSE in Vietnam
In addition to supplying the approved BUSE technology, NEWTECHNO Co., LTD in Ha Noi now also delivers dry ice in Vietnam in the form of pellets for the most diverse applications. For this, a BUSE type BJP 120 pelletizer has been installed to produce dry ice in the form of pellets with a temperature of -78.9°C from cryogenic, liquefied CO2 stored in a suitable storage tank with a capacity of 20,000 liters. This process allows the production of pellets with a diameter of up to 16 mm, depending on the customer's requirements.
Even now, the use of 3-mm pellets in the field of dry ice cleaning using the BUSE booster has proved its worth with many users in Vietnam. Consequently, printing shops and tyre manufacturers for example in Vietnam have been able to see the wide range of uses of the innovative cleaning system BUSE booster for themselves. Whether it is coatings in moulds or residues on printing machines - contaminations can be removed gently and without residues using the BUSE booster.
Furthermore, NEWTECHNO Co. LTD. use dry ice wherever refrigerating tasks require a fast-acting economical coolant which does leave any residues either. For this application, 16 mm pellets are made available, which serve to securing the cold chain in the food area, for example, or as a cooling medium for the delivery of samples and specimens.
More and more people around the world are becoming convinced of the benefits of BUSE engineering. In addition to CO2 recovery plants, with the BUSE pelletizer BJP 120, a plant has now successfully been installed and commissioned for the production of pellets in Vietnam.
