CO2-recovery and quality: The technology of CO2-recovery from brewing processes well-known for a long time, has to be able to cope with the technical progress in beer production.

Technologies as high-gravity – brewing processes and the production of non-alcoholic beer, but also the production of mineral waters and soft drinks by breweries for the purpose of portfolio enlargement – are demanding special requirements on the CO2-quality and consequently on the individual process steps within the CO2-recovery plant.
